One of the Aceves y De la Mora’s principal fields of legal activity since its establishment and continues to form a greater part of the firm's practice and expertise is litigation.

We undertake, with particular success, litigation in all areas of commercial law, as well as civil, and administrative law disputes before Mexican courts and special tribunals at every instance, from urgent applications for interim measures to complex and lengthy disputes before many States Supreme Courts or many states. Our Litigation Department offers a highly reliable and comprehensive experience in all fields of litigation related matters before commercial Civil and Administrative Court of all degrees.

Apart from our trial skills and capabilities, we regularly co-operate with in-house lawyers and professional experts in all pre-litigation matters, setting up well defined litigation strategies for sufficient cost-effective solutions in complex litigation matters.

Aceves y De la Mora has an insurance litigation department of more than fifteen years. The firm gained experience in insurance litigation cases and in particular has dealt with numerous disputes concerning insurance contracts.
